Happy Birthday to The Great Dane.

Happy Birthday Rogor Mortis.

I first met Peter on 12th July 2004. We had arranged to go to a Yes gig in Braintree, Essex and to meet up with VAXman, Martha, Jamforte and Laxmi. I was there early and was wandering around and chatting to some other fans when I noticed a rather large chap looking a bit lost across the car park. He was wearing a maroon jacket and a cricket hat........very odd!!!! All of a sudden my phone rang:

"Hello" says I.
The caller said rather loudly "Where the bloody hell are you?". Funnily enough I could hear it in stereo because the guy in the maroon jacket was standing next to me.
"I'm right here you idiot!!!"
"Oh....so you are".

The gig that night was fantastic.

I've met Peter on numerous occasions since then at various gigs in the UK and a good time (and a lot of booze) has always been had.

I really do feel blessed to have Peter as my friend.
