that turtle under the Logo looks a tad out of place.

Re: Yet Another Yes Live Album

Yes are the world's greatest prog rock band? Not in this century they aren't. ANd this is coming from a huge Yes fanatic. Sorry folks but Yes aren't the band they used to be and there's lots of "new kids on the block."

If this is a live album with Ben Wa(and it probably is)then I'm really not that interested.

Oh and I agree about that turtle. It looks like he's hanging on for dear life. OK, maybe that is appropriate.

"YES are the pioneers for the use of synthesizers and sound effects in modern music .."

Aren't they referring to Pink Floyd?

Re: Yet Another Yes Live Album

No one holds a candle to Rush and their catalog of boring live albums.

Chronologically Yes beat PF in the synth department but I think Floyd used sound effects earlier(ie Bike, several species of small furry animals, Alan's psychedelic breakfast, etc).

As far as I know, ELP were the first prog band to use a synth(the first album released in late 1970)although there were probably others around the same time.
