The Fusion Reactor #228 - Fusion By Numbers

Well we're back to a theme this week. I did a bit of a prog and fusion connect-the-dots this week, counting up to 20. I would have liked to have lingered on some of those numbers, so perhaps one day I will. But I still think it turned out to be a great show as is, so enjoy these fine selections:

One for the Road - CAB 7:01
Fantasia Suite for Two Guitars - DiMeola, Al 5:12
Running Of Three - Brand X 4:30
Four Levels Of Joy - DeJohnette, Jack 3:12
Five G - Bruford, Bill 4:46
You Are Number Six - Behold The Arctopus 8:51
Sevens - Govan, Guthrie 5:57
Hard Eights - Mays, Lyle 7:35
Nine - Keneally, Mike 4:52
The Tenth Dimension - Palace Terrace 9:16
Eleven - Ten Point Ten 3:19
Day Twelve: Trauma - Ayreon 9:24
Thirteen Winds - XII Alfonso 5:06
Fourteen - Combination Head 3:52
September Fifteenth (dedicated to Bill Evans) - Metheny, Pat 7:45
The Sixteen Men of Tain - Holdsworth, Allan 6:28
Seventeen - Aerial View 4:06
9/18/02 - Bozzio, Terry 8:16
Nineteen Strong - Little King 4:01
Mach 20 - Anderson, Laurie 2:48

Well, Moses, after this show was over - I am saying that I REALLY ENJOYED IT!!!

Thank you again for a wonderful show. Nice tie in.

To me your voice is coming across distorted and fuzzy - but I am still loving the show... you pick some REALLY good music to put together. You have a great talent - and I appreciate your using it for our benefit.

Have a GREAT day!

Regards from Texas,
Ted

P.S. Keep up the GREAT work!!

A Fusion Reactor where 9:24 is the longest piece? Amazing!

Thanks for the feedback all... I didn't mean to sound distorted or fuzzy. I'll take that into account for the next show though. And I'll have some 10+ minute long songs too!
