I just heard this. It's all over facebook and various prog sites. RIP John.

I actually first heard it through my non prog friend. I guess she was a fan of Asia.

I shall greatly miss John's insight, humour and friendship.

Today, we gathered to send him on his way, and to honour the tremendous contribution that he made both in and out of music and to the lives of those who were fortunate to count him friend.
