COTM - Feature #66 - Hatfield and the North
Hello Mooniverse, welcome to my corner.
For this week, the featured artist is a supergroup from the Canterbury scene. Drawing from the best of the best groups, Hatfield and the North was formed in 1972. The line-up changed several times in the next year and included brothers Phil and Steve Miller, brothers Richard and Dave Sinclair, Pip Pyle, and Dave Stewart. Eventually falling out of the group were Steve Miller and Dave Sinclair. It was Phil on guitar, Richard on vocals and Bass, Pip on Drums and Dave Stewart handled keyboards. Their debut eponymous album was released in 1973. In 1975 they followed up with The Rotters' Club. Those will be our albums for this show. I hope you can join us tonight or at one of the rebroadcasts. See you on the Moon. Dale
