What are the dates again. I may try to coax the Mrs. into letting me go solo.

August 23 and 24, Kathy says that's a good idea, then you can keep me grounded. Yeah right.

Will the Transatlantic post be moved here? And how about a head count? I know Kurt and Vax are attending...

Looks like it will be a great fest and only a few moonies to attend? Sad.

Kurt, M, myself and you. I assume Buster. Davin said he'd be going as his home town is the Pitts. Moses is in Pittsburgh area. I'd think that he would attend.

Re: Three Rivers Progressive Rock Festival (2008)

well, how ever many make it is ok...

Davin will not be there - Jeff and I were going to stay with him and his sister but his sister is visiting him that weekend...I will try to meet up with him in October - trying to work out a Dayton visit...

Buster is a last minute addition...

I have to contact Moses (or maybe he can reply here!) - not sure he lives in the same place, but Coroapolis (sp?) is basically right around the corner.

I scouted out the disc golf courses and they're mostly on the East side...looks like the Roadhouse is close to Ohio and WV - and the hotels are even closer!

Bugger. He was excited at NF about the prospects of taking us to some of his old haunts in P-burgh.

Re: Three Rivers Progressive Rock Festival (2008)

Argh! I had no idea this festival existed until yesterday, and it's less than an hour away from my home. I would have liked to have attended last August. I guess that's what I get for taking an extended hiatus from this forum.

Plenty of Tix still available. Martha and I and the keg-o-Guinness will be there.

Welcome back Bob......your absence has been noticed. Glad you decided to return.

As for the 3 rivers fest, I suggest you go this year. VAX and Martha are excellent hosts and the Guinness keg makes for a delightful companion too. I'm looking forward to renewing my acquaintance with all 3 of them in April this year at ROSfest.
