Has anyone suggested Bubblemath yet? If not, please consider it suggested!

Huh?
New one on me - tell me something about them - is there a place to hear sound clips?

www.bubblemath.com is their official web site (great band, awful website). I first heard their stuff on Starstream (if i remember correctly). In any case, Amazon has a couple of samples to listen to.
They're very compositionally complex and lyrically clever. My favorite track on "Such Fine Particles of the Universe" is "Be Together", at least until the next listen. |

from others
I've been told this is a good one. Of Sound Mind describes them as "old Echolyn, but more manic".
I think they were at Progday last year, so there may be a way there for clips. |

OK, I'll add them. Look for it in the next station update...
I also hear snippets of Zappa and VDGG in them, interesting stuff. Good find, they were flying under my radar. Last edited by progdirjim : 02-02-2004 at 05:38 PM. |

a neat idea
I like the website and the idea, it's a great idea.
The guys from IZZ did a bunch of songs in a hotel room at the last Nearfest. They are a really good bunch, very personable. BTW Jim and Avian, on the concert links, Dream Theater is included |
