Wishbone Ash - My first post...

I suggest at least 3 albums from Wishbone Ash: Wishbone Ash, Argus, Pillgrimage... Especially: ARGUS - A masterpiece, a madness, a poem...
Or, how others say... Their "Dark Side of the Moon "...

splitting the Wishbone

their older stuff (like Argus, indeed a classic) is in that tweener category. I've said it before many times, all of that stuff in addition to MMEB, Budgie, etc. is really straight ahead rock and roll. But MMEB's on here, and there's precedent. I'm not sure it's really prog enough for Aural Moon, but I'd be OK with it eventually here.

at the very least, I think I'm going to buy Argus for myself. I haven't heard it in years, but I kind of remember side 1 being fairly beautiful, and a little mellower than you typically think of for Wishbone Ash. Side 2 I remember having a bit more complexity and feeling kind of thematic. Not sure if it'll make it here, but like I said, I think I'm going to buy it and I'll at least make one post in regards to my thoughts on it.
