Report Problems Here

As far as I can tell, everything is working great. But it's hard to keep track of any possible skipping or pauses 24/7. Please report any listening problems here. I sould appeciate it.

Include what time you noticed any problems, and exactly what server you were listening to. Get the exact address from your mp3 player, since we are now running 4 56k servers - you may have been directed to any one of them upon connection.

Thanks in advance!

Reports of good experiences are welcome too. Just let us know if you're on a particular server, and what (if anything) you're experiencing. We just want a good idea of how things are goingwith the new servers!

Thanks,

Avian

Thumbs up

It seems that the stream is more robust than before. I listened all day yesterday and hadn't been dropped once. This was not the case before.

Yes - the station's main connection is now an internet backbone! Plus the distance between the station's computer and the servers you listen to was reduced from about 1000 miles to about a foot. A huge improvement from our old connection!

This also allows us to add other services, such as the patrons' 128k stream, and other future upgrades.
