Re: What CD's Are you Playing RIght Now? Top 5

Prog-y is as Prog-y does, Crib.

Strawbs - The broken hearted Bride (newest from them)
Monty Alexander, Ray Brown, Herb Ellis - Trio
Planet P Project
Chick Corea and the Electrik Band - In to Space
Tuatara - Breaking the Ethers (Peter Buck, Justing Harwood, Skerik, Barrett Martin)
Frank Zappa - Broadway the Hard Way

A little "now for something completely different." And the rumors of my multiple personalities are false! (well, that's what they tell us.)

Re: What CD's Are you Playing RIght Now? Top 5

Learning Prog, next lesson:

Rewiring Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway
The new arrangements from Nick D'Virgilio are near perfect. Chappeau!

Jethro Tull - Aqualung Live
I only knew Locomotive Breath, very nice. But after an complete album this flute sucks.

Beardfish - Sleeping In Traffic 2
Nice, these guys can play, but sometimes much toooo long...

Karmakanic - Who's The Boss...
My album of 2008.

Neal Morse - Lifeline (Bonus CD)
With covers of Elvis Costello, The Osmonds and Bee Gees.

Just bought Bigelf - Cheat the Gallows

Saw them as part of the Progressive Nation Tour and thought it was gtrat.

Funky setup where the lead singer is the keyboard player... and has a Hammond B3 at the front of stage.

From where I was sitting the Bass player looked like the Caveman from the Geico commercials. (BTW.. i am so done with that ad concept)
