Auroris Electronics from the UK

My latest myspace discovery is Auroris www.myspace.com/auroris1 I purchased the CD based on the samples I had heard at both MySpace and his web site. (Can be linked from his myspace page). I was EXTREMELY happy with the purchase and found it better than I had thought it would be. Don't misunderstand that statement.....I knew I'd like it or I wouldn't have purchased it. His music turned out to present me with a variety of moods and emotion. His arrangements are very nice and his performance is excellent. The CD features guitars, keyboards, and percussion. The highlight songs for me were.........Cruel Gravity, Deep Blue Slumber, and Cerebral Vortex. The rest of the songs are excellent as well, but these have taken me on very nice mood trips I'd love to see him succeed and hopefully will be picked up by Aural Moon. Auroris has spent the last 3 days in my truck CD player...........excellent driving music too.

Re: Auroris Electronics from the UK

Let me add...........Now, having this CD in my truck for a week straight........I find every song VERY good. Though I still favor "Cruel Gravity", his songs Aeon, Star Wobble, and Cryogenics are very moving and interesting. If you like a Sci-Fi sound and voice mellotron......."Cryogenics" will really hit the spot...........I thought I was gooing to freeze on the way to work :-)
I think Auroris deserves to be found!!

York, I listened briefly to his stuff and it sounds promising. My challenge is, in order to contact him, myspace requires me to sign up and I am resistant to that. If you're already signed up and want to contact him, have him e-mail me (jim@auralmoon.com) and I'll tell him where to send a CD if he's interested...
