Theme suggestion: Great Drummers and drum grooves

This is my suggestion for a theme.

Probably not to be hailed by most.

(Us drummers are a special breed y'know;)

Songs with flamboyant drumming and drum solos are, of course, a requirement for this theme.

Great Drummers are, for example...

Neil Peart - Rush
Bill Bruford - Yes, King Crimson etc.
Barriemore Barlow - Jethro Tull
Franz Di Cioccio - P.F.M. (Premiata Forneria Marconi)
Phillip Collins Genesis [sorry, Jim], Brand X
Alan White - Yes [I apologize]
Lenny White - Return to Forever

If this suggestion ever will be considered, I'd be glad to help choosing songs from Aural Moon's playlist.

Thanks. Thanks! Thanks!! Tha...
Thomas

Hi gregorio,

I don't know of Pip Pyle or Christian Vander.

As you've mentioned them, I'm sure they are great drummers.

info about drummers

HI THOMAS

THIS IS TO SUGGEST YOU TO HEAR CHRISTIAN VANDER´S WORK. IF YOU COULD, PLEASE LISTEN TO THE FRENCH GROUP MAGMA, I´M SURE YOU WON´T BE DISSAPOINTED. IF YOU COULDN´T FIND ANY MAGMA SONG I COULD SEND YOU SOME MP3 FILE FOR YOU TO HEAR HIM. SAME FOR NATIONAL HEALTH´S DRUMMER PIP PYLE. YOU MUST HERA "TENEMOS ROADS".

I HOPE YOU COULD ENJOY THEM

GREGORIO
