Welcome to the Gagliarchives forum!

As you've seen, the Gagliarchives is now being rebroadcast at Aural Moon (Wednesdays from 2-6pm CDT, perhaps other times). Use this forum to talk about this week's, or other shows. Tell Tom what you think, what you want to see in future shows, and what past shows, interviews or segments you might want to hear on Aural Moon.

Have fun!

Would you please let me know what the time will be in
ENGLAND 'cos I ain't a clue.

Wednesdays from 2pm to 6pm CDT

Many thanks.

Oh by the way, your forum clock always shows GMT as
one hour in front of what it actually is here in England.

Thumbs up GMT-CDT

Central Time in the US is currently 6 hours behind GMT. This message was posted around 10:45 AM, so I imagine you will see it at 4:45 PM.

I guess this means that Gagliarchives will be run between 8:00 PM and midnight GMT.

I hope this information is accurate, I based off the Microsoft Windows NT Clock (which incidentally has all the differences from GMT for all time zones).

Remember that CDT is Central Daylight Time - with Daylight Savings time in effect. So the difference between our times and GMT will change throughout the year, since we'll always broadcast it during the same time of the day here (2pm to 6pm).

Right now: -6 h (Gagliarchives on from 8pm to 12am GMT Wednesdays)

In October when we change back to CST: -5h (Gagliarchives on from 7pm to 11pm GMT)

Make sense?

re: CST

When we switch back to CST (Central Standard Time), I think
we'll be 7 hours behind GMT, not 5 (assuming that GMT
doesn't have time shifts). So then the program in England
will start at 9:00 pm in October.

Oops - I made a booboo! I knew I should have had my morning Mountain Dew on a Monday morning before posting that.

Currently, we're 5 hours behind GMT. (7pm GMT start time)
When we go back an hour, we'll be 6 hours behind (8pm start time)

Check it out here.

That's my eastern time zone upbringing trying to confuse me.
