Top Five Records
Hey, Moonsters. Had an idea that I thought might be fun. In the movie High Fidelity, the guys have conversations about various top five records lists, among other things. Here's a sample:
Top Five Side 1, Track 1's Top Five Songs About Death Top Five Records to Listen to on a Monday Morning (in which Barry enters singing the guitar solo to "Jacob's Ladder by Rush) Top Five Dream Jobs I thought that could be a fun thing to do here in the forums. Not exactly a quiz, but we could come up with some esoteric topics and have fun. George Duke's death got me thinking, and I posted a list of death songs in that thread, but thought I'd move it here. So, to get us started: Top Five Songs About Death, a George Duke Tribute List. 1. Stavesacre - Stars and Clouds 2. Don McLean - Vincent 3. U2 - One Step Closer 4. Jimmy Cliff - Many Rivers to Cross 5. Warren Zevon - My Ride's Here .

Re: Top Five Records
Or a fun musical brainstorm, sharing favorite songs - the kind of thing music snobs do.

Re: Top Five Records
Kansas is so morbid! And that's a great Band tune.
