A few database typos

Todd Rundgren's "Todd" album was added under the artist "Rundgren,Todd" with NO SPACE after the comma. The rest of his catalog is listed separately under "Rundgren, Todd" (with the space).

Also, The Flower Kings have two entries for the album:

Back (I/i)n the World of Adventure(s).

It looks like a song was added later with the "alternate" album title.

Similarly, there is:

"Stardust We Are (CD 1)" and "Stardust We Are (Disc 1)"

which also are listed with differing years of release. The latter was a one-song addition.
