Cool Hello Everyone.

I'm Nancy, doing the rounds on the prog rock boards, trying to recruit new blood for my king Crimson themed discussion board, (it desprately needs it!). It is working slowly, please bear in mind it is a general discussion board, its just on a prog rock theme, you can discuss anything you want.
I promise to stay around and post, I love forums, especially progressive rock ones.

please take a look, and post something.

I think a lot of my generation feel cheated by the generally terrible quality of todays music. I've heard it said that everythings been done and its hard for musicians etc, but that's like saying every poem or story in the world has been written so we have to stop.

hi Nancy

as you can tell I spend my free prog time here. I am subscribed to a Discipline (band) forum, but that's it. I promise I'll take a look sometime at yours.

Welcome in!

Still trying to get some rock and roll conversation going over there, I posted my pictures of Tull and the moody blues, and started a thread about my being baptised by Jon Andersons brother. Just have to hope for the best now.

Welcome to the Moon Nancy........

From an old (in age as well as everything else) Crimson Fan I wish you luck with the board.

Visit the Moon often and you'll make a lot of new, like minded, friends.

If you're a serious KC fan, I'd like your opinion on the board theme, do you think I have achieved an appropriate level of Crimsonesqueness? Any suggestions for changes will be taken into consideration, and there are 2 modships untaken.

Hey Nancy. Yeah, Hawkwind is a spacey-psych-prog band with long jams. If you have an mp3 player on your computer like winamp or most Real media you can listen to the Auralmoon.com from the main page and request some Hawkwind. Hope you can stick around.

I listened to the radio station earlier but it keeps stopping to load, which is particularly infuriating when listening to progressive rock!
Please add to the hawkwind thread on my board if you've anything to say.

I'm hopefully getting broad band in a few weeks, so should be able to listen to the radio station soon.
My message board still needs more input, it seems to be dying.

It must be time for February sweeps.

My only response to that is: if you think everything's been done, you're not looking hard enough to find something new. It's out there, trust me.

Roger -Dot- Lee, not a big fan of KC, but wishes you well as KC has done a LOT of good things
