Re: The Drive to 30,000

All this hoopla in another thread makes me want to accidentally donate some more "noise."

New total: 28,358, and almost none of the last 200 tracks were fusion, so there!

Re: The Drive to 30,000

with an absurdly large donation from Dale (well over 30 CDs), a few from Spaz, a few direct from artists, and a few hurting my wallet, the grand total is now:

28,865

Re: The Drive to 30,000

Well I went nuts and bought a ton of new CDs. The total is now: 29,371
I am no longer obsessed with 30,000, we've made enough progress to keep me happy so I am not going to post in this thread again until we actually reach 30K. Cheers!

Are the 30 songs from the Slim Whitman's Greatest Hits Collection still on the playlist?

Congrats, Jim. You now have a big station.

BTW, I've still got lots of music to get to you!

Uhm... I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but with the removal of three promos and a fresh refresh on the tracks folder in the station, we're at 29,999 tracks. I kid you not.

I'm going into hiding now.

That's funny, and I believe you that's why it's funny

That's ok I have a couple of fine discs to upload (that Jim will be be receiving shortly) so 30k will be in the rearview mirror...

Re: The Drive to 30,000

Let's see. Thirty thousand songs, say, six minutes each. Sixty minutes per hour, eight hours per day, and if I start now (counting on my fingers...) er, wait, how old am I? I'll be petrified!
Seriously, GREAT JOB, Jim! And everyone at AM! Thanks!
