Re: What CD's Are you Playing RIght Now? Top 5

This week :

The Odyssey : concept by finnish prog paper Colossus : 3CDs with 9 epics around 20 minutes each ( Glasshammer, XII Alfonso, CAP,Tempano, Nexus,Nathan Mahl;Minimum vital;Aether and Simon says. All instruments are "analog"
hard to listen to the complete stuff in a row , interesting material

Pär Lindh Project : Gothic Impressions ; impressive

Blezqi Zatsaz : both cd s

Inquire (german band) melancholia , a concept after JP sartre la nausée ( Sartre's Nausea); complex , original, .....a must have for real prog lovers

à+

That's all folks

Re: What CD's Are you Playing RIght Now? Top 5

Dear Rick,
The cd's I have are :
Rise and fall of passional sanity by Pablo Ribeiro * issued under the band's name Blezqi Zatsaz on MUSEA FGBG4341, original recording is from 1990 , the Musea's reissue [ probably slightly re-worked] is from 2000.+a bonus track from 1995 ( most Musea re-issues have bonuses, not always very significant ones)
Fabio Ribeiro is credited on ac. guitar on one track only, Fabio Ribeiro (allsorts keyboards) seems to be the leader of the band.
very fine instrumental ( mostly) work with good keys/guitar interplay

The one you got is thier second CD :

The tide returns [mine is from 2002 on brazilian prog label Roadrunner RR0140]

Only F Ribeiro remains from the original line-up

See You

Mailotron

Re: What CD's Are you Playing RIght Now? Top 5

Spaced Out - Eponymus II - let's jam!
BJH - Time Honoured Ghosts - Incontournable BJH. I'm getting the 2 mandalaband CDs soon, anyone can tell me about this world?
BJH - Gone To Earth - my prefered BJH album. Maybe because this is the very first i listened when i was a kid... Who knows. But this is very beatlesque and i love that stuff.
U.K. - They don't faint to play difficult. I really have to get more Wetton bands albums.
Klaus Schulze - Dune - Gosh i don't have anything to smoke but tobacco...
