COTM - #178 - Steve Howe

Greetings folks.

Unpacking has been going slow. I don't have my full abilities to record set up yet. BUT, I have put together a new show for you.

This week I am looking at one of the best modern guitarists, Steve Howe. He has over 20 albums as a solo artist and they run the gamut of his styles. The two I have selected this week are from 2002 and 2005. Pretty recent, given the usual parameters for my show, but he is one classic progressive rock artist, for sure.

The albums are Skyline (2002). It is a full band and is quite different from most of his solo albums. It is a nice change of pace. However, the album listing I found only shows two musicians:
- Steve Howe / guitars, bass, keyboards
- Paul Sutin / keyboards, percussion

The 2nd album will be Spectrum (2005). This too is a group effort. His band is
- Steve Howe / guitars
- Tony Levin / bass
- Dylan Howe / drums
- Oliver Wakeman / keyboards
- Virgil Howe / keyboards

I do hope you enjoy these albums. See you on the Radio.
