Gentle Knife

I decided to check out Gentle Knife's web page because it's been two years since their superb Clock Unwound release and was curious what was in the works. Much to my dismay they have disbanded after only two awesome albums. To say that I am totally disappointed would be an understatement. The Clock Unwound cd has been a regular in my rotation for two years now and I was so looking forward to their next one. Have you ever had a band that you really liked that just up and called it quits and you were really bummed out? The last one for me was Black Bonzo, and now Gentle Knife. I wish the members the best in their pursuits, just wish they could have recorded at least one more.
