Matt Stevens Prepares For New Album Release Prog guitarist extraordinaire Matt Stevens will release his foruth solo album Lucid on March 31. You can check out the title track below.

The album is his first for prog label Esoteric (also home to Van der Graaf Generator, Peter Hammill & Gary Lucas, Tin Spirits among others), and also features contributions from the likes of Jem Godfrey (Frost*), Pat Mastelotto (King Crimson), Lorenzo Filiciati (Naked Truth) and Charlie Cawood (Knifeworld).

Stevens himself describes the work as “an album that reflects a love of Jesu and Celtic Frost as much as it does a passion for Mahavishnu Orchestra and King Crimson.”
