big generator
I heard the album 'big generator', though I am not a listener of AM simply because I'm a new user and I don't have the audio card, speakers and stuff on my PC.
However, I liked the suggestion by Keith.
Everytime I listen to the track 'Mumps' by Hatfield and the North I find it hard to believe there can be so much in one single piece of music.
As for the Yes album and Yes as a group, when I listen to, talk or even think of rock music I like to make this very simple distinction between two categories:
There are 'Rock Stars' and there are simply 'Musicians'.
There is music made by Rock Stars and music made by musicians.
As a fan and listener of Progressive Rock I'm only interested in the second category.
It is my opinion that Yes (in)voluntary opted for the first category a long time ago and their music now can no longer be considered as 'progressive rock'.
If AM is a progressive rock radio and is really what radio should be then I don't see why it should play Big Generator or any album like Big Generator at all.
