I think that this problem that we had (13 time DK, 9 time TFK etc) comming all from one requester cheatring amateurwise our system, can erase anytime again. (Thanks again to Vax resolving this particular one).
In order not to have this prob again, I suggest to have rq only for members. In addition to that (but this is not so important, but funny so that we can blame him/her in shout...
), every requester should be shown by name with the possibility to dedicate the tune.
Regarding rules for requests they are fine for me, but should be explained somewhere on the rq page.
And finally, I like RFW.
