by the day?

Seems to me that Happy Family has been on the playlist for quite some time now. Perhaps it's one of those things that doesn't seem bad at first but once it's been on the playlist for a while it suddenly turns things bad.

Sorry, that last sentence of mine didn't make any sense, even to me.

Anyhow, I'm glad you're enjoying it. I'm not very familiar with Happy Family. I'm not a crackhead but have been known to enjoy some noise. Are they anything like Rush and Enchant?

Yes. The typical response from the tasteless.

I suspect that the more heinous the 'art' the more devoted the follower.

I've gotten a rise or two out of opera fans as well, but to critique anything in pop/rock is to invite the wrath of the unwashed and the primitive.

You don't really like that garbage, you just say you do so you'll be invited to the next crack party.

How does it feel to be hoisted by your own petard?

I posted to get a reaction and I did didn't I? Just goes to show what an amazingly sad individual you are. If you post comments just for the sake of getting a "rise" then you should save your keyboard and not bother. If you have a valid comment to make and can explain your reasoning then that's fine. I don't think you could do that in a million years.

I reckon that with one less brain cell you'd be a plant!!!

Yeah, I agree. I can't stand that AM added all that Klaus Schulze. And then there's the bonus tracks from the Yes remasters. Don't forget Steve Unruh - what a load of crap that guy is. And the new Stewart Copeland!?! Billy Mahonie's latest classic?!! And who needs Derek Sherinian? Toubabou?

And don't forget that pauper called King Crimson.
Mike Oldfield needs new tricks.
Genesis should have never begun.
Platypus laid an egg.
There's no energy produced by the VDGG.
Jethro Tull should have stuck to farming.
Drop Trio should drop dead.
Latte E Miele is spoiled.
Tangerine Dream is a nightmare.
Tarentel no one about this band.
Zao is dead.
I hope Echolyn never echoes in my ears again.
McDonald & Giles is McMusic.
Styx already crossed the river.
We're not in Kansas anymore.
Someone should nail Jan Hammer.
Ilium? Try Valium.
I'd like to flash Flash.
Get a ray gun and zap Zappa.
Finneus Gauge isn't even spelled right.
No new art in the Renaissance.
Someone stole Pineapple Theif's talent.
Pain of Salvation or Pain of Ear?
The Appleseed Cast is rotten.
Rovo is no-go.
Bellador is NOT Latin for "beauty in worship," but "ugliness in apathy."
Mastermind lost their mind.
The Mathematicians can't even keep time.
Mogwai should have stayed in the Gremlins movie.
The Gak Omek? Try Gag Omek.
Tangent is appropriate - that's where my mind goes when they play.
It Bites... uh... I don't really need a joke for this one.
Battles lost the war.
The mob should put a hit on Don Caballero.
EKO, SBB, FSB, KBB, ELP, RPLW - six ways to spell "crap."
Your IQ is falling.
Journey should go on a very long one.
Queen? Off with their heads!
Soft Machine doesn't meet specs...

Ya know, I agree with OldSod: Music sucks. Im'a go listen to my dishwasher now.

Hmmm. Never said there wasn't anything good on the playlist.

Said that why is the music of hair bands and other retards on the same list.

A plate of the finest French Cuisine would be completely ruined by the addition of a small cat turd, don't you think?

I knew you'd agree. How about playing some Michael Jackson while you're at it, if someone objects, you can reprint your list of good bands as a defense. lol.....

What's that I see, yes, it's a rise !!!!!!

No, you never did. That's the whole point, you continually whine/bitch/troll, sounding absolutely obsessive.

Which is exactly how I feel about your "contributions" herein. And no, it hasn't ruined my fine meal of prog, but it's getting pretty smelly.

It essentially requests that everyone pretty much ignore OldSod. Of course, this is now pretty much a moot point since he's followed the likes of Our Favorite Overrequester into the proverbial Bit Bucket.

He can listen all he wants, but since I've blocked off his entire ISP, well, he's going to find it rather difficult to post.

I'd appreciate it if anyone who finds this to be a problem would let me know.

Jim suggested you stop listening. I heartily agree. However, whether you listen or not matters not one whit to me personally. Actually, if you go away, that's one slot available for someone else who DOES want to listen.

Oh, and for the record, you'll likely have to create a new account from a different ISP, since I've:
  1. blocked your entire ISP's IP block
  2. changed your password to something you'll likely not guess
  3. changed your email address so you won't be able to request a password change or the info for the password
  4. changed your title (I was bored, and figured it would amuse me).
  5. changed your avatar (I was bored (see above) and it amused me even more).

There were a few other changes I made to your account, but if I were to say what they were, you might be able to change them, and that wouldn't amuse me.

Roger -Dot- Lee, requesting that you don't go away mad, just that you go away, and reminding the readership that he's just as easily amused as he is annoyed.

He'd have been a remarkably consistent hoax then. He always came from the same IP (a home provider).

No matter what, he's gone. And if he comes back, I'll whack him down again.
