FAQ, free-flowing thoughts
To R'n'R and artboy:
I've got no particular problem with this thread or these polls in general. It is just that with over 2500 threads and close to 20000 posts, it might be beneficial to offer a little guidance, other than just the keyword-based search mechanism, for those who're trying to find something specific from the archives. Not that this is awfully important to me. Whatever eventually keeps the Moon best on its orbit... that's the way to go, I suppose. -Methem Last edited by Methem : 07-28-2006 at 11:07 AM. |

Re: Top 5 Prog Rock Albums
... seems like a good time for my first post...
1. Selling England by the Pound - Genesis, 2. Silent cries and mighty echoes - Eloy, 3. Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd, 4. Lark's Tongues in Aspic - King Crimson, 5. Time is the key - Gong (Pierre Moerlen's Gong), My choices are somewhat seasonal. Although the previous list represents my gold standards, I am at times (particularly during Fall) very partial to Wind & Wuthering, by Genesis, to One Size Fits All by Zappa, and to Tales from the Lush Attic, by IQ.
