Kind of a subjective term. Visual Cliff is, but they're instrumental. Salem Hill is sometimes lumped into it, but their music has nothing to do with it, and it's misleading.

I think the members of late Tabula Rasa from Finland were quite religious/spiritual guys, and that's sometimes reflected on the music of the band. They don't, however, have any English songs.
