Re: Top 5 Prog Rock Albums
About Garden Wall:
http://www.progarchives.com/Progress...sp?band_id=124 The other early albums are good too, but beware of "Forget the Colours"! It's the most complex and dark prog metal album I've ever heard; it sure lives up to the title. Almost unlistenable IMO. The sound on "Path of Dreams" is much warmer and more normal, albeit ambitious, prog. I especially love the way they can play long instrumental passages without ever getting boring and repetetive. A true gem. Check this album out if you can find it! |
