Seek a doctor's opinion if it persists.

Re: eye problem

The reason you should seek immedate help from your physician is because it can be caused by a myriad of things, from mildly irritating to life threatening. The fact that it has persisted for more than a week indicates that it is more than just endemic of a one time or temporary situation.

This means it is a possible symptom of a more major problem. Something that could be neuralogical in nature.

I suffer from a condition called bells palsy that paralyzes my facial muscles on one side of my face during times of high stress or weakness from illness or exhaustion.

Not fun.

It could be allergic reactions that are causing irritation to the eyes.

So. I hope this gives you more concrete reasons to seek medical help.

Re: eye problem

It averages about twice a year. But the more I take care of myself and manage stress and fatigue the better I do.

Nobody likes a droopy smile. It's just the left side of my face. I got it 20 years ago as a result of a cold shock after a tonsilectomy. D'oh.

Re: eye problem

Well?

We are all very curious, and concerned. Did you find the cause? And how did you stop it.

Signed,

the gang
