The Dutch band, Solution, released an album called Cordon Bleu in 1975. I don't know how I got it and I have never heard any other albums from this group but this is one of my all time favorite albums. It is sort of jazzy prog, mostly instrumental, with amazing virtuosity and production. Really a great album. I have wished numerous times that Aural Moon had this album so I could introduce it to more people. See the following URL for a good review.

Cordon Bleu was produced by Gus Dudgeon (Elton John, Strawbs, XTC) and was originally released on Elton's own Rocket Records. I owned it and enjoyed it, but alas...lost in the great 1980 apartment fire...
