What is the difference between Phil Collins' solo band and a Bison?

Well the first thing that comes to mind is a Band from Virginia, named Bison. They are supposed to sound like Phil but are much younger? http://thelewisreview.com/culture/ev...ng-with-bison/ The 2nd is they both have ginormous heads but one has hair on it?
