Thanks Dale! Yeah, the chat feature would be a real pain to implement - would require work on the website-side for sure. Also, requests, and generally interacting with the site is difficult (even on large phones) because there is no mobile-friendly version available.

But as part of all of this, we are now beginning to talk about revamping the website to make everyone's experience better, and giving us full featured capability on the mobile app. Stay tuned!
