After 14 days - No repeats in 36 hours (I think that's a better time differential. If someone is RQing the same song it would mean that the next time it becomes available to RQ would be in the middle of the night for them but it would mean that peeps in, say Europe, who want to RQ that track could do so at a sensible time.)

Wonderful ideas. I've heard several people mention allowing a 14 day grace period for new songs. I like the concept (the numbers are debatable, but close to my idea of how life, the world, and everything should be ordered).

Of course I've no idea whatsoever on HOW or, for that matter IF POSSIBLE on implement these nifty ideas. I could investigate, but I doubt I'd have any luck finding such functionality.

If only...

Limit the number of RQs per person in any 12 hour period to 4.

They're already limited to 10 per 24 hour period. I don't think SAM allows tighter granularity than this, or I'd say it's a WONDERFUL idea. Having been subject to Tubular Bells, Aramok, AND one of his rare 4 minute pieces in one day, likely from the same source.....
