It's true. Corporate America fucked music over. I see it in all the new bands today. Examples: Limp Bizkit, Korn, Incubus...all three of these bands suck ass. You know why? It's because the Corporate executives want the look before the music. Back in the day man...it used to be the music before the look. That's why back in the day you had bands like Jimi Hendrix, Lep Zeppelin, The Clash, Crass...now there's is just shit out there. Punk has some pretty good new bands, but punk is a form of non-conformist music anyway. Bands who rage against the machine are cool bands. But bands today just suck ass. And it's all because of MTV and Corporate America. The Corporation made all the fans buy into the look and not the music. There's no emotion in music anymore...it's all just crap. The music industry is literally falling off a cliff...there is just no good music anymore...except for punk.
